Welcome to Psychedelic Projector, an on-demand recorded mentorship series originally hosted live by Eliana Miranda through Wellness Weaver, LLC (hereafter “Company,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our”). The Program is now offered as an evergreen digital resource and may include recorded live calls and participant engagement.

By purchasing or accessing this Program, you agree to the following legally binding Terms of Use (“Agreement”). If you do not agree, do not access or use the Program.

1. Definitions

  • “Program” refers to the evergreen version of Psychedelic Projector, including all recordings, materials, videos, replays, transcripts, written guides, audio downloads, and any associated digital content.

  • “Participant,” “You,” or “Your” refers to any purchaser or user of the Program.

  • “Content” refers to all original and derived material included within the Program, including participant dialogue, shared visuals, teachings, and proprietary methodology.

2. Consent to Purchase and Participate

By purchasing this Program, you acknowledge that it is a recorded version of a past live container, and your use of it constitutes full acceptance of these Terms. You understand that the experience is asynchronous and does not include live coaching.

3. Use of Live Recordings & Group Content

This Program includes live participant footage, voices, and chat dialogue from the original offering. All original participants consented to being recorded for future use.

As a purchaser, you agree that:

  • You will treat this content with confidentiality and respect.

  • You may not copy, share, or distribute any part of the Program (including recorded footage of other people) in any way.

  • You will not use another participant’s words, likeness, or shared experiences for your own marketing or educational materials.

4. Nature of the Offering

This Program is a spiritual education experience combining Human Design, psychedelic energetics, and Projector embodiment. It is not therapy, medical advice, or a substitute for mental health care.

You are responsible for your interpretation and implementation of the content. If you are navigating mental health conditions, addiction recovery, or are under medical supervision, please consult your licensed provider before engaging with the material.

5. Intellectual Property

All content is the property of Wellness Weaver, LLC. This includes (but is not limited to):

  • The Psychedelic Projector name, teachings, branding, recordings

  • PDFs, meditations, video and audio files

  • Methods, models, and proprietary frameworks taught in the Program

You may not:

  • Copy, share, reproduce, resell, or edit the content

  • Share your login credentials

  • Create derivative offerings using this content

  • Teach this content without explicit written permission

Violations of this agreement will be pursued legally to the fullest extent permitted by law.

6. Payment Terms

You agree to pay in full or via installment plan using the designated payment processor (Stripe, PayPal, etc.). If on a payment plan, you authorize automatic charges on the scheduled dates until full payment is complete.

Failure to complete payments may result in revoked access. You are responsible for the entire agreed amount, regardless of program completion.

7. Refund Policy

Due to the digital and immediate access nature of the Program, all sales are final and non-refundable. No exceptions will be made once the Program is purchased.

  • Your actions or inactions

  • Technical failures

  • Emotional responses

  • Misuse of content

  • Breach of this agreement

11. Community and Ethical Conduct

You agree to engage with this content ethically and privately. Even though the Program is now asynchronous, the energy and integrity of the group container remains sacred.

Please respect:

  • The privacy of participants whose stories are shared in recordings

  • The spiritual nature of the teachings

  • The non-extractive, non-commercialized nature of the transmission

12. Arbitration Clause

If a dispute arises, you agree to first contact us at [email protected]. If we cannot resolve the issue informally, both parties agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration through the American Arbitration Association, within 50 miles of Portland, Oregon or Reno, Nevada.

By purchasing this Program, you waive your right to a court trial and agree to this arbitration process.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect.

14. Modifications

We reserve the right to revise these Terms at any time. Continued access to the Program after such updates constitutes your agreement to the revised Terms.

You are invited to interact with this material from a place of presence, generosity, sovereignty, and creative integrity.
